The ATV is the service life of ISS, it will transport supplies of fuel, food, water and consumer goods to the International Space Station ISS. In several months, in which it remained connected to the ISS, the ATV ensured that the station is raised again with so-called âReboostâ maneuvers. At the end of its six month mission the ATV takes up waste and burns up in the atmosphere with proper check. The ATV will perform a rendezvous in the universe as first European Space Vehicle and dock automatically at a space station in orbit. The first ATV with the name 'Jules Verne' should start with a Ariane 5 in 2007. Five missions should take place by 2013. The left coupled module is the ATV.
